On Friday, July 20, 2012, World Wide Vital Marketing & Public Relations announced that Book Author Lourdes Duque Baron, MHA, MSG, to host Official “Scripted In Heaven” book signing at Convent of the Trinitarians of Mary located at 3009 East Cameron Ave., West Covina, California 91791 on July 29, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
“Somewhere in the process of putting this book together, I had a self-realization: the lost soul that I desired to save belonged to me. And so, while I penned the simple truth of our great trials and tribulations, I found God speaking to me. I found myself in the middle of a transformation.” said author Lourdes Duque Baron, MHA, MSG.
Joining Lourdes Duque Baron will be Mother Lillie and the Sisters of the Trinitarians of Mary at their newest convent in West Covina, California.
Rev. Fr. Ermelindo di Capua from San Giovanni Rotondo is schedule to attend a dedication event for St. Pio of Pietrelcina (Padre Pio) on August 25, 2012. Fr. Ermelindo has been Padre Pio’s Italian liaison to the English-speaking world.

100 Outstanding Filipino-Americans in the USA to be honored on July 28th

On Friday, July 6, 2012 Philippine Children’s Charities, Inc., and the Press Photographers Philippines-USA, Inc., announced that one hundred Filipino-Americans who have made a mark in the U.S. either in their chosen careers or their civic contributions will be cited in a black and tie event to be held on July 28 at the Universal Hilton.
Organized by the Philippine Children’s Charities, Inc. and the Press Photographers Philippines-USA, Inc., the ‘100 Outstanding Filipino Americans in the USA’ will be honored and will receive an award in the event that will benefit the Bantay Bata 163 project in the Philippines that helps abused, underprivileged, sick and indigent Filipino children who need funds to go to school and for their healthcare.
Leading organizer and Project Director Darna B. Umayam, Chairman of the Philippine Children’s Charities, Inc., said the outstanding Filipino-Americans were “Chosen from many who were highly recommended to accept this prestigious award because of their achievements in their chosen careers, philanthropic works that they did for the community and for the less fortunate Filipinos back home, most especially the children.”
Umayam said more than 1,000 people are expected to attend the formal event. She said the event will benefit primarily the Bantay Bata 163 project along with other beneficiaries. She said ABS-CBN Networkand ABS-CBN Foundation International, through its President Robbie Fabian, and Bantay Bata 163, through its Executive Director Tina Monzon Palma, have “Fully endorsed the awards’ night, legally and officially.” Umayam said both officials will be “Present at the event to personally accept the donation for the underprivileged Filipino children of Bantay Bata 163.”
